Supplier Relationship Management

Onboarding

Interested, potential suppliers are able to register at your procurement platform on their own. This allows you to get new contacts without effort, pre-sorted by your own industry classification and requirements. An approval workflow will guarantee that only selected candidates will be invited to procurement procedures.

Prequalification

Depending on their branch your suppliers must fulfill different requirements. Besides your terms and conditions and your conditions of purchase you might need different certificates and qualifications. epaχios^® will take care that all those reuquirements are met and remind suppliers of pending uploads.

Rating

After finishing a procurement procedure all participants can be rated. These ratings will be collected and enable you to invite primarily the top-performing suppliers for your next projects.
